operator-sdk create api --group mongodb.com --version v1 --kind AtlasCluster --resource=true --controller=true

Writing scaffold for you to edit...
api/v1/atlascluster_types.go
controllers/atlascluster_controller.go
Running make:
$ make
/Users/alisovenko/go_skunk/bin/controller-gen object:headerFile="hack/boilerplate.go.txt" paths="./..."
go fmt ./...
go vet ./...
go build -o bin/manager main.go
